About This Site

Our Purpose

California law permits access to many public records, but one search does not cover every stage of a case. The Tehama County Sheriff's Office creates county booking records and operates the current-custody roster. The Tehama Superior Court keeps the later case record, while the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation provides information about people sentenced to state custody. Records requests fill gaps when a public roster entry is absent or no longer online. We organize those official routes and explain their limits without copying or displaying a gallery of booking photos.

Information We Organize

The site separates current custody from older arrest reporting and later court outcomes. Readers can find:

• The Tehama County recent-arrests hub, including roster, warrant, booking-photo law, records-request, and correction paths.
• Separate views for people Arrested Today and the broader Arrest Reports record trail.
• Instructions for the Sheriff roster, VINE Arrest Check, court records, and CDCR state-prison locator.
• Practical request details for a booking log, photo, report, or later disposition when it is not available online.

Limits of Our Role

We are privately operated and have no affiliation with the Tehama County Sheriff's Office, Tehama County Jail, CDCR, or any California government agency.

• We cannot confirm, release, hold, or transfer a person in custody.
• We cannot post bond, arrange visits, or send funds for anyone.
• We do not give legal advice.
• We cannot promise that every address, telephone number, or fee remains current.

Search Partner Disclosure

Some search boxes are supplied by outside providers that control their own results and prices. If a visitor follows one of those tools and purchases a subscription or service, this site may receive a referral fee. That support helps keep the site free to use, but it does not give us control over a partner's charges, data, or search results.
